• Suspended or revoked license. You must complete the ADI course before your Florida driver license will be reinstated.
• Habitual Traffic Offender (HTO). If you have been classified as an HTO for too many violations or other reasons, you must complete the ADI course before your license will be reinstated.

Florida Hardship License
If you are eligible for a Florida hardship license, you must provide proof of enrollment an ADI course to the Florida Bureau of Administrative Review office before your hardship license will be issued.
When you sign up for your online ADI course, you will have the option to download your enrollment letter immediately for a small fee, or you can simply wait for it to be delivered in the mail. If you need your enrollment letter quickly, we recommend that you choose the electronic download option.
Reporting Your ADI Course Completion
Once you successfully complete the course, your certificate will be issued to you and delivered using the method you have selected. It is your responsibility to ensure that you turn your certificate in to the appropriate party.
If your license has been suspended or revoked, you should report your completion to the Florida DHSMV. If you have been court-ordered to attend the ADI course, you should report your completion to the judge or court that ordered your attendance.
